About Mathenson
Mathenson has served organisations since 1968 — beginning in microfilming and reprography, and today working principally in document digitisation and records management.
Mathenson began in 1968 providing archiving services — microfilming and reprography — for organisations that needed records preserved and reproduced. That work led into document digitisation and records management, which is the company's main business today: converting paper, film and technical drawings into usable digital records, indexing them so the information can be found, and organising how records are stored, accessed and retained. Engagements are scoped around the documents involved, the information to be captured, the security requirements and how the completed records will be used. File-Eazy, Mathenson's own document repository, supports that capability — it is where digitised records can be held, searched and access-controlled once a project hands over. Alongside the records work, Mathenson supplies supporting technology: scanning software, servers, storage and IT hardware. Software development, cyber security and cloud infrastructure are delivered together with solutions partner Keltron IT Business Group rather than in-house. Mathenson® Records Management Pvt. Ltd. is the company operating this business today, headquartered at 106 Onkar Industrial Estate, Kanjurmarg West, Mumbai 400078.
