About Mathenson
How a records engagement runs
This is the engagement model for records, digitisation, archiving and related information-management work — from a single records-cleanup project to an ongoing document-management contract. Partner-delivered services and technology supply follow their own routes, set out on those pages.
A records engagement starts by understanding the records, systems and outcome you actually need, before anything is quoted. From there, scope, format, handling and pricing are agreed up front so there are no surprises mid-project. Work then proceeds against that agreed scope, with a dedicated quality-check pass against the source material — the same review discipline used across our digitisation and document-management services. Approved output is delivered in the agreed format, with a clear handover to your team or system.
